Daily Activity (English Version) #6 " Made The Croissant "

     Actually this week we're still practice the Fast Food menu, but today we more focused to made the Croissant again. Each team consist of 3 peoples. So we were divided the task to prepared all ingredients. Today my friends and I were made two different Croissant dough, first we used the recipe from lecturer, and the second was the recipe from the special book that had been given to us.

     There weren't many different from both of the recipes, only some ingredients and the times taht we needed to rested process. For procedures were same, started from made the dough, lamination, folding until baked process. The results were good enough, but the cavities of Croissants were still lacked. Because of that, we got the punisment with ran for 3 times around the Kitchen.

     At 14.00 we cleaned our worked area in Pastry. While waited the Main Kitchen to cleaned, we took the break, and at 17.45 we did oneline and got some directions, then back to each home.
