On the last day of practiced in this week we still made the Croissant like the previous days. Because my friend was sick, so I made the Croissant with another friend. We also alternately to made the Croissant from the first step until the last step. Unfortunately the results weren't accordance with our wishes. But because the Croissant of my 2 friends were succeeded, we weren't got the punisment today. The succeeded of Croissant today couldn't separated from the helped of our lecturer, sir Ical.

Today we also handled the Buffet menu of 3rd semester, it was Oriental
Buffet. Because there were some problems, so they were expelled from the Kitchen by lecturer who was in-cherge. While we made the Croissant, we also finished all Buffet menu. And the menu that I handled were Tom Yum Goong and Onigiri. I also helped to brought some menus to the Restaurant.

After all were done, we did the general cleaning and continued with lunch together. At 18.00 we back to each home.
