Because the result of our Lapis Legit was good, so today we made Bakpia. Today we made 2 kinds of Bakpia with different dough and filling, like mung bean and milk cheese. We were divided the task to made it, and I chosen to handled milk cheese Bakpia. Bakpia is one type of traditional cake that's widely favorite by public, made by layered dough which's very fragile and melt in mouth, but also very soft.

When making Bakpia the thing that need to consider is after filling process, the dough must be sticky and cover well so it doesn't break during the baking process. And also pay attention to the bottom and upper sides, both must have the same color. After Bakpia of my team were done, we shown it to the lecturer, and Alhamdulillah our Bakpia were the best. I am so happy because this week our products were always successful. So guys, always put your heart in every products!
