After the 1st trial of Cashew Yoghurt, today I did the 2nd trial. The ingredients and the steps were same when I did the 1st trial. Just there were slight difference in quantity of some ingredients, such as honey into 1 1/2 tbsp and salt into 1/4 sdt. This time I tried to compared the result of yoghurt based on different time fermentation by made 2 yoghurts. The first yoghurt for 18 hours, while the second yoghurt for 24 hours. Besides that, I also helped my friend to did the research by made the the cashew milk and soy milk for Mascarpone. For the result of Cashew Yoghurt
