After made the Cashew Yoghurt, today I saw the results and it turned out that both of the yoghurt failed. The first yoghurt had a smells like sago and tastes less acidic. While the second yoghurt was very runny textured and there was a puddle, and smells like stale. The causes of the failure of yoghurt was the quality of the bacteria used wasn't good or it could also be due to the temperature and fermentation time that hadn't been right. Even so, we still made a resume for the results of 2nd trial for 6 sheets.

Besides that, for 2 days I also served as class leader. As class leader I am responsible for controlled the kitchen cleanliness and inputted all ingredients that used in the Daily Record form. And because today was the last practiced in the kitchen before the final test, activities in the kitchen today were closed with a very special lunch, it was Kapurung.
