Daily Activity (English Version) #3 " English breakfast "

       Today was the third day on breakfast week. Same as the previous days, we left at 07.00 o'clock. But because the rain, we stand on oneline and attendance in main kitchen. Before started the practice, all groups were explained about how to made the product that had been devided accorded with the section. After that, at 08.00 o'clock we started the practice, and my group made the muffin again because the amount of muffins that had been made yesterday were still less to served at english breakfast.
 
      Breakfast was began at 10.30 until 12.30. During the breakfast, I was helped in other section for made the order, such as juice and  oatmeal, because the worked on my section was done. After the breaksfast done, we stand on oneline again and Chef was divided all groups for prepared the ingredients of indonesian breakfast for tomorrow, such as fried rice, fried noodle, beef satay, ayam taliwang, chicken porridge with hard boiled egg and salted mustard, boiled egg, smoked beef, sausages, sliced fruit, orange juice, cereal, chilli sauce and pickle. But breakfast tomorrow will be different with breakfast in the previous days, because it will use the buffet concept. Therefore, we also serve croissant, danish, soft roll and muffin as a complement for indonesian breakfast. 
 
       My group got the task for prepared croissant, danish, fried noodle, boiled potato and cereal. Today we just prepared all ingredients, because the cooking process will be done tomorrow. While the croissant and danish dough was just formed and will be bake tomorrow too. We started the prepared from 13.30 until 16.00 o'clock. After all groups done, we were shown by Chef how to made fried rice and fried noodle used the chinese wok. Much of the knowledge we got during the Chef gave us an explanation, such as places of condiments, technique to used the wok, how to cleaned, and many other important points.  
 
       After that, we did general cleaning until 18.00 o'clock. As long as we wait for back to home, we took a rest while ate the fried rice and fried noodle that had been made before by Chef. Next, at 18.40 we stand on oneline and prepared for back to home.
