Today we came early because we should continued to made the Croissant. Not just that, we also made the Sour Bread again and the latest was Tartlet. Because my team were consist of three peoples, we were divided the task to made each products. As for my task were made the Sour Bread and Tartlet, but it will be continued tomorrow because the doughs must be stored overnight in the chiller. Besides that, I also made the Custard Cream for Croissant filling, and also the chocolate dough for Bicolor Croissant. Today my team were made four kinds of Croissant, such as Butter Croissant, Pain Aux Raisins, Pain
Aux Chocolate and Knotted Chocolate.

After done, we lunch together, then did the general
cleaning. Before back, we got some directions from lecturer about how to filled the LSP log book or Assesment for competence test that we should did on this semester, and given the task to completed the reqruitments for competence certificate. After that, at 18.45 we back to home.
