Daily Activity (English Version) #4 " Prepared Menu For Sale "

     We've passed three days of practiced, and on this fouth day our team made the Croissant. Actually the Croissant had been made since the first day of practiced by the 3rd team, then on third day by the 2nd team, and today was our team. The Croissant that we made should be appropriated with the recipe and the procedures on the book that had been given by our lecturer. And the result should had the cavities like the picture on the book.

     Fyi, The Croissant was made by team that consist by two people. And if we failed, we got the punisment by ran around the Kitchen area and campus auditorium in 3 times. The others team had got the punisment, because the Croissant that they made weren't appropriated with the wishes of our lecturer. Without a long awaited, my friend and I did the preparations and made the dough. Previously we were doubted because the stock of Croissant Fat had ran out, but our lecturer said that we could used the Butter.

     When we proofed our dough, we were told to stopped to made the Croissant, because our lecturer thought the Butter that we used was Elle & Vire Butter, even though we used the ordinary Butter, while the stock of Elle & Vire Butter had ran out. Finally we made the dough into the Burger Bun for sell tomorrow.

     We were discussed about the menu that we'll sell by used the ingredients in the Kitchen. And based with our decisioned, we chosen the Pepperoni Cheese Burger, Honey Chicken Wings and Ice Lemon Tea that we'll sell tomorrow to students or lecturers.

     Different with previous days, after we did the General Cleaning and lunch, at 17.30 we were back to each home.
