Daily Activity (English Version) #5 " Qurban Day "

     Before I tell you about the practiced activities in the Kitchen, first I want to say Happy Eid Al-Adha 1440 H to all of you who celebrated it. Because of that, today we did the qurban 2 cows in the Kitchen, so there weren't practiced activities as usual. We were told by the lecturer who was in-charge today to focused on qurban distributioned and made the lunch.

     A week before we were given the task to made the Sourdough, and this morning our lecturer was checked the Sourdough that we made one by one to found out the result by dipped little bit dough into the water. If it floated, it succeeded, if otherwise it failed. And apparently none of us succeeded, so we were given the times to made it again.

     After that, we were divided the task to did all things that had been told. Some were portioned the meats, made the beef bone soup and vegetables soup, and made the steamed rice. The things that I did were prepared the vegetables for soup, such as carrot, potato and cabbage. Then continued with counted the egg in every storages, because the amount of eggs were lacked. And next cleaned the worked area that we used to cut the meats.

     After all were done, at 14.00 we lunch together. There weren't much we did today, most of the times just passed for empty things. Even though, we still lated to back, even oneline we did at 20.30.
