Daily Activity (English Version) #4 " Indonesian Breakfast "

       Today was the last day on breakfast week. As usually we came at the same time with previous days. Before supervisors came, we pulled out all ingredients that had been prepared on yesterday from freezer and chiller. At 07.30 we stand on oneline and attendance in the main kitchen, because in outside was rain. After done, we prepared the ingredients that were still lacked. My group got the task for baked the croissant and danish that had been given the egg wash smeared, made the boiled potatoes and fried noodle, and also prepared the cereal.
 
       Today was indonesian breakfast with buffet concept. So, all groups didn't made the food as ordered as the previous days. During the breakfast, all groups worked very well in the sections. Breakfast was began at 10.30. And some of us went to the restaurant to attended the table manner. There were some criticism about breakfast today, but all of that as the references for the future that we can make the better food.
 
       After breakfast done, we cleaned all worked areas, and I got the task for washed all tools that had been used. Becauce there were still plenty of food left, we spent it together. After that, we took a rest. At 14.30 we did general cleaning, and done at 16.00 o'clock. Today we back early with previous days. At 16.40 we stand on oneline and prepared for back to home.
